The world that we live in, with its expectations, pressures, societal conditioning, milestones of a ‘right’ and ‘wrong’ way to do life… it’s no wonder that we all tend to lose ourselves a little (or a lot) along the way.

From a young age, we’re taught not to dream and to pick the ‘sensible path’. I work with women who are feeling lost, isolated, frustrated, and restless but can’t pinpoint why and who have such a deep fear of failing that it feels safer to stay put. They have spent so long trying to fit in that they don’t really know who they truly are.

But it’s time to stop sleepwalking through your life and create one that sets your soul on fire.

For years, I spent all my time and energy working overtime to become the person I thought I should be, contorting myself to fit into a box not meant for me and forever feeling like I wasn’t quite enough. As a result, I became the smallest version of myself, crippled by low self-worth, high functioning anxiety, and a deep deep fear of failure.

I was striving for goals that I was told to strive for, and feeling as flat as could be. I was so frustrated that the life I thought would give me happiness was leaving me empty and lost. The truth is I didn’t know myself and therefore, wasn’t living an authentic life. I was living as a version of myself that I thought everyone else wanted me to be.

In 2019, I hit rock bottom. I was burnt out, depressed, angry, and resentful. Cue a chain of events that was the start of the life I’d been dreaming of. I let things crumble and it was exactly what needed to happen. I spent a year uncovering the root causes of my sabotaging behaviors, unlearning patterns, beliefs, and thoughts that I’d been convinced were the truth. Then slowly but surely I learned who I really am, in my soul. And I want to help you do the same.

 

During REDISCOVERED, we will:

  • get a clear idea of which aspects of your life are serving you and which aren’t, so we can get clear on where to focus our energy in sessions.

  • deep dive into the beliefs and truths that you hold about yourself and what is possible for you, and then rewrite them if they don’t support the life of your dreams

  • identify actions that will move you closer to the life that you dream of (and I will hold you accountable to these actions… fellow procrastinators - I see you!)

  • help you rediscover who you truly are, confidently embody this version of yourself, and proudly stand in your authenticity.

  • Six fortnightly calls to keep you on track to your goals.

  • Final 90-minute completion call to reflect on your achievements over the programme, plus an action plan for you to take forward.

  • Coaching, in very simple terms, is helping people get from where they are now to where they want to be in their life. It provides accountability, support, guidance, and perspective.

    Empowerment coaching, specifically, will help you unleash your fullest potential and remove the blocks getting in the way that are causing you to play small and abandon your dreams.

  • Counselling and therapy focus on the past, delving into trauma and the root cause of behaviors. For people with depression, anxiety, or other mental health illnesses, I would recommend therapy as your first port of call.

    Coaching is very much focused on the present and the future, and determining a practical path to get from your current reality to your dream reality.

  • Yes! I am so passionate about the power of coaching so I want to ensure my coaching packages are accessible. Fees and payment information are discussed in the discovery and connection call.
